ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Maria Elena Kazmaier

I’m a dedicated Realtor serving the South San Diego area. With years of remodeling experience, I bring a unique perspective to real estate. I understand how homes are built, and I see their true potential for improvement and investment.

I studied construction at Chula Vista Adult School, where I gained hands-on training in framing, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical work. This background allows me to guide my clients with confidence, helping them recognize value and envision possibilities in every property.

My approach is patient, enthusiastic, and client-focused, ensuring every step of the process is clear and stress-free. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, staying active, and running each morning at Bonita Golf Course. I also love sailing on the beautiful San Diego Bay.
